We're a Hill Country builder who sees the full picture, solves the hard parts, and gets the job done right. 

For more than 20 years, we've helped homeowners throughout the Texas Hill Country with custom homes, remodels, repairs, and complex property challenges. As a family-owned company based in Medina, we believe in honest work, clear communication, practical solutions, and relationships that last long after the project is complete.

Building has been part of our family for generations, and those lessons continue to shape how we approach every project today. What started as helping friends, neighbors, and property owners eventually grew into Big Rock Construction. The company wasn't built through advertising. It grew because people trusted our work and kept recommending us to others. 

As Big Rock grew, so did the team around us. Many of the people who work alongside us have become close friends over the years, and several have been part of the company for many years. Together, we've built a culture rooted in trust, hard work, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships.

We genuinely enjoy helping people. Whether it's building a home, improving a property, or finding a solution others have overlooked, we approach every project with the same goal: doing quality work and treating people right.

For more than 20 years, we've done more than build homes and projects. We've shown up for the communities we're part of. From flood cleanup and local school support to maintaining shared spaces and helping where work needs to get done, we're proud to serve Medina, Bandera County, and the surrounding Hill Country. 

We believe the same values that matter on a jobsite—showing up, doing it right, and following through—matter just as much in the community.
